Meaning of these refusal reasons.

Guys please give me exact meaning of these refusal reasons.Reply fast its urgent.
1. You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:

Purpose of visit.

2. Other reasons:

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous
studies, language abilities or your future plans.

any close relative in canada who r permanent residence or citizen , your brother sister??? any who was your sponsor ?

1. Purpose of visit - they may not be convinced that you are truly coming for school, but rather using it as a way to immigrate.
2. may have to do with course mis-match. If your previous education is not related to what you applied for, then you should write a strong letter to explain why you are taking that course and what you will do with it.
Or if you already have a related degree but applied for a diploma in the same field, then it doesn't make sense. You should be going for post-grad studies(masters, PhD), not less. Or may be your grades aren't high enough.

3. Did you show strong ties to your home country? Examples of ties would be ownership of property, most of your family back home, proof of funds, etc.

yes I have my sister there but she is not permanent resident,no nobody sponsored me.
my previous(latest) studies are secondary education only i.e. 10+2
ownership of property, proof of funds, etc. was shown to them

Can I transfer my fees for september 2013 intake in same college for a different course.many of my friends have told me that visa officers dont take computer engineering under the category of engineering.so I have decided to move to my second most choice of mechanical engineering.Please help me guys.

have you mentioned in the form that ur sister is in canada ?? and which status she is in canada ( student visa or work visa??? ) and was she sponsoring you?

no buddy she did not sponsered me she is on study visa and yes i have mentioned it in the form

if your sister college was same college you applied then, Change your college , city , province and yes change your program try to get admission in the university as you have got 6.5 bands in IELTS you can easily get the admission in the university.

Apply for business diploma or bachelor degree in any college.

and this time I want to change program to mechanical engineering in seneca(same older college).as you say I will try to get admitted to university but my each module have this IELTS 6.5 bands(L-8.5 R-6.0 W-5.5 S-5.5). and I have done non-medical in 12th grade.so,suggest me guys,transffering my fee to mechanical engineering in seneca is good for me in sep2013 intake...........

I think you should write a good SOP (Statement of Purpose) in which you try to state why you want to pursue the course and how it will help you achieve your future goals. Changing the course in itself will not be convincing enough. Also make sure you can prove to the VO why you can't stay in Canada. For example it could be that you own a successful business, have property, have a family (wife & children) or the promise of a job opportunity.
