we got married in 2014 that time he was lived in Australia after 1 year of our marriage I got the change to visit aus. For our better future but there was some misunderstanding and I went back (after spending 6 months)to my home country and applied for legal separation now it's about 1 year I am in my home country and now he is in Canada shortly he will get PR after 6-7 months now we want to get one another chance to our relationship just bcoz of misunderstanding We got distance now we resume our married life But when he was applied to Canada he told all d truth of our relation to immigration.. that yes I'm married but we r facing legal separation but now he also want to there for good start he will get his PR within 6-7 months so pls suggest us how we will be together once again what type of visa I hv to apply now.
He needs to inform the VO processing his application that you and he have reconciled and that he would like to add you to his PR application. You would then need to have a medical, police checks and fill out all the appropriate paperwork. If he lists you as accompanying then you would get your visa at the same time he gets his.
Just to add if you are currently married on paper but he doesn't include you in his app (meaning you do medical/police checks) before he lands as a PR, then he will never be able to sponsor you in the future, ever.
If you want to come to Canada as his spouse, he must add you to his current app.
