mcmaster/UOW/Calgary/UBC When will they reply back its april end

When does waterloo,calgary,UBC and McMaster reply for admission related to Electrical and Computer Engineering for fall 13??? Its already April 20... Any idea????? Anyone got their admits for this fall for ECE from any of the mentioned universities?

My sister got admission for Material engineering at U of T and Nanotechnology for Waterloo. This is for bachelors btw

Congrats buddy. But bachelors is quite costly in there. How much she has to pay for 4 years?? Is she getting any scholarship? co-op? Which one is she going ahead with?

For Waterloo, she got a 3000$ scholarship for high grades in SAT and none from U of T. Both are co-op
Since my dad is already paying for me in Canada, she is hoping she gets a good co-op job later on to cover her later expenditures.
For Waterloo, it's approx. 11000$ undergrad (with co-op fees) and we haven't checked U of T yet cos we are choosing Waterloo for her.

You should be good to go. Decisions are sent till late May (as far as i have heard for Bachelors)

Thanks aamro.. But I got rejects from UBC and Univ of ALberta, now Carleton is the only choice left, if I get rejected from this univ, I will be out of options. What should I do? Should I be confident that I will surely get the admit or to look for other options?

waterloo has best co-ops for engineering programs and particularly computer science and ubc is like hell reputed for its programs.so all the best to your sister.her life is all set

You definitely have a chance and probably are good to go as well. Mcmasters is only really really selective about its medical and health sciences program

The problem is that this year the competition has grown exponentially with UK losing its shine by not giving PGWP after studies and companies not hiring (or ready to sponsor) international students...Now after USA, Canada is being preferred and thus cut off marks for all institutions have increased
