Hello everyone,
My wife will be the main applicant. She has Phd in Phoniatrics (sub division of ENT). The problem is MCC doesn’t do assessment for Phd while WES is not suitable for physicians. So what can we do to get Phd points?
Note: my wife is a university lecturer so she can apply under NOC 4011 instead of 3112, could that help?

Thank you for your help. I’ve checked that thread but couldn’t find an answer as they are discussing Phd in general not in medical major which is confusing me. Thanks

Who told you that WES does not evaluate PHD degrees?? You can get ECA report from WES and apply under 4011 and 3112.
You can apply license once you land in Canada.

What I meant is: WES mentions on their website that they can’t get ECA report for main applicant if he/she applies under NOC 3111 or 3112.
While MCC, which is designated to produce ECA for physicians NOC 3111 and 3112, replied to my querry saying they don’t assess Phd
