MBBS transcript HEC Attestation

I need a serious help here! If anyone can tell me what to do, I will be really thankful. I completed my MBBS and didn’t do house job coz I went abroad and later pursued research field. I got registered with PMDC for a year for house job and left the country. I wana ask that in order to get my MBBS transcript attested from HEC, initial registration from PMDC would be accepted because I didn’t do my house job so no renewal of registration took place? Without house job, can I get my MBBS transcript attested from HEC?

Technically if you were issued a final transcript and the degree - HEC part is no problem.

Thanks a lot for your helpful reply! HEC is asking me to bring PMDC registration in order to get my MBBS transcript attested... MBBS degree has already been attested by hec and accepted by WES.
