Hi i have done bachelors in india and mba from university of sunderland uk. So for wes evaluation should i evaluate my mba masters only or bachelors also?

Depends on what WES asks.
Try using the equivalence tool and check if the university and degree gets a required equivalence.
I got only my Masters assessed (engineering) completed out of India without getting the Bachelor's assessed.
