Hi. Which program should I select. (I have recieved unconditional offer letters from both)

MBA at University of New Brunswick (20 Months) vs Post Graduate Marketing Diploma at University of Winnipeg. (2 years)
I have 2 times VISA rejection for a Post Graduate Certificate/ Business Course in Humber college.

If I opt for 20 Months MBA program at UNB will I get 3 year work permit?
