I have completed one smester of my course online nd got 85.% but visa officer refused my file nd the reason was " your proposed course is not reasonable inlight of ur previous study and funds" but in same course my 3 classmate got visa. my consultant said me that we have reapply with strong sop. my classes will start on 16 sep.... plz tell me frds what can I do

Well, members here have applied on like 16-17 August and got their visa. You are definitely late but I don't know whether you are too late for submitting your application 'cause your classes begin in mid September. If you don't want to wait for a year, then apply now.
