Hello folks, I'm being sponsored by my husband as an outland applicant. My husband applied on 14th May 2023 and we got an email from IRCC on 31st July 2023 in which they stated your application returned and logged into your account and check the status, when I logged in to my account I just got errors below on each file and image, "This document is incomplete, please review and update the document". I'm also aware of the ongoing update on the IRCC website, but I don't get my mistake and even they didn't mention anything for returning the application. Looking for help. Thank you!
if you think you have filled / signed - everywhere you were suppose to in that form - simply send a webform. Explain that you have reviewed all the return forms and would like to request IRCC officer to let you know which form or exactly what is missing?

I pointed out the mistake, my husband selected the inland option while starting the application and now I'm looking for an option on how to change it or might change it by the ircc officer.
