Hi! I checked my application through ECAS. It says in process but I didn't received my AOR. Any situation like this?

AOR: n/a
In process: July 17, 2019

Called today and an agent told me that my application was returned on July 13th.

Hi,

You have to try again (like right away), until you get a spot in the queue ; their call center queue is around 30min max (you don't necessary need to wait on the line, they have a nice feature to let them call back once you reach the spot in the queue).

I finally got on the line today after trying for about a week and I left my number to be called back (about 2 hours ago) and nobody has called. I don’t think they will call back to be honest. I’ll try again tomorrow

PR + OWP.

One of my friend got his mail of application no for the his spouse file which was sent on May 8th. I hope to receive mine soon

App Sent March 26
App Returned May 13 ( Missing physical Signature on schedule A)

Send the App again and it got received 16th May.
If i go with the previous trend expecting AOR by 1st week of July.

you didn’t get an email that they were sending it back?

I called the 1 (888) 242-2100 immigration line, their office. They didn't send any kind of email. The lady on the phone said that I have to wait for it to be returned to me to see why the officer returned it. Apparently they don't write the reason in the computer system.

They'll ask for your information. They register all applications in the system when they are received.

Today i called cic about my application and they are informing me that my application has been cancelled and will returned to you.

Can anybody help me what exactly cancelled mean here?
