May 2018 citizenship application

hello everyone, I need help please,I applied for citizenship in may 2018 with my parents and than they started processing my application on August 9, 2018. Since that time,I am still waiting every time I called them to find out they say nothing wrong everything okay we trying to put everyone at same time, even I called them last time they said they one of my brother he turned 16 making for him background checks even one the officer he said going to send an email to Mississauga immigration.still no respond, it's been over a year for my application in processing. Please some advice how long I still I have to wait. is there any way to find out with Mississauga immigration when they going to invite me for test interview
