Received PR confirmation email finally. Due to Covid, Inland landing appointments are cancelled, and PRs are being confirmed by email.
AOR: May 2018. My application was put 'on hold' from Nov 2018.
Reason may be that after gaining enough points, I was not working in same NOC as I had applied in anymore. I was working in NOC C level. Or it may be due to Security screening OR both. Cannot know for sure. My local MP helped a lot by follow-ups.

Timeline:
Applicant: Express Entry - FSW Inland.
AOR: May 2018
Application put 'On Hold': since Nov 2018.
Remed request: 31-Jan-2020
Schedule A request 1: 31-Jan-2020
Schedule A request 2: 19-Feb-2020
Landing appointment email: 6-Mar-2020.
Appointment date: 27-Mar-2020. Got cancelled later due to Covid.
PR confirmation email: 22-May, 2020.

Yes for sure. I had patience because I had work permit, and so was earning. But the anxiety and stress was surely there due to uncertainty. Last year my WP extension almost took 6 months to come. I even took pvt. medical insurance for safety because MSP was not active in implied status.
My local MP also helped a lot. In the last 9 months or so, MP's correspondent would follow up on my file almost every 1 and 1/2 months.

Some candidates with earlier AORs also, could be still be waiting even now in processing. My best wishes and courage to them.

I know it is hard to survive when you application is in process. That's really nice of your MP for follow up . enjoy being a Permanent Residence now

If its recommended passed, no need to worry. An officer will review and make a final determination. Once your eligibility is conclusively passed, your security will start, followed by PPR.

I called on 4 jan my eligibility said is recommend passed. Today i checked om new ircc tracker, it says eligibility in progress, background verification completed, medical completed, biometrics completed. Whe eligibility is saying in progress as it was recommend passed when i called on 4 jan? Does final officer passes security or its randomly done by any agent than goes to officr who passes everything?
