Max age for Temporary Work Visa

Hi All.
Im new here.Was reading already fore some Time but cant find an exact Answer.
Fact is that i have a Job Offer to work on a Farm during Harvest from August till end of November.
Im 56 going to 57 and can't find an Answer if i need a Work Visa for farm Work,and whats the maximum Age.
Im grown up on a Farm,experianced Mechanic (20 years+) on Heavy Equipment and Trucks and operating from Forklift over Excavator to Truck/Trailer for over another 20 Years.
Would like the Job doing for the Fun on working rather the Income and would do it for free if i could afford it.

I believe there is no age limit to get a work permit as long as you are medically fit.
