Matching appropriate Job title for telecomunication Engineer

Dear All, I have completed Bachelor in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and working in a telecomminication company as a RF planning Enginner for more than 9 years.

My Job responsibilites as bellow,

1. Design telecommunication network based on coverage and capacity.
2.Optimize the network from RF point of view.
3. Frequency planning.
4.Network roll out planning and implementtion.

Can anybody suggest, if I will be eligible to claim the experience points under any of the NOC title.

Any inputs will be appreciated.
