I was wondering what I should be expecting next. I have submitted my documents for PNP on July 6th 2012. I have a complete application and have used an International lawyer just in case. (I know its expensive but I don't want to risk anything)
Please let me know what I should expect in the coming months.
Advise as to when I should be able to get my work permit to work in Ontario? (currently reside in Toronto)
I got one after my Bachelor for 3 years and that expired this may. Lawyer said that with the work I had it would be risky to do the CEC application so we went with PNP.
Hoping you can help as u seem to know the process.
I have the Ontario PNP certificate + support letter. My PR is under process but I require a work permit and visa to stay valid till the PR comes in. I know I have to apply ro CPC, Alberta.
What I am looking for is which application to put in. Is is a new work permit or an extension of the old work permit. And what about the visa?
