Masters of Computer Science in Canada

Hello I'm from India and want to get admission in Canada for Masters in Computer Science in 2015 September (Fall term).
My Budget for fees is around Rs 20 - 25 Lakh (for whole course [2 years]) .
Can I get admission in this budget ?

I've completed Diploma IT and Degree IT with following CGPA.
B.E. IT : 7.3 (2014 pass-out)
Diploma IT : 7.6
And did final year project in IBM
I'm also an IBM Certified Developer
I have no work experience in companies but I'm freelancer in IT field.
IELTS : I currently practice for IELTS exam. And will get a good band, that would definitely fit to the requirements.

Especially i want to know about fees in Canada. Are they in my budget.
And please let me know some Universities that fits to me. So I can apply as soon as possible.
Note : I prefer Universities near Toronto.

25 lakh?? is that 25,000,000 ? that equalls to 458,854 Candian dollats

if its 2,500,000 then that is 45,861 candian dollars it will only be enough for studies in universities

you will need more to show VO that you have enough funds
