My ECA was completed with WES both for Master's & Bachelor's, they evaluated Master's Degree from Non-Recognized University as Canadian Equivalency.
While filling up Education Profile in EE, when I input my Master's education credentials it asks from ECA reference further drop down doesn't have above message it just says "Master's Degree or Professional Degree needed to be practiced in licensed profession"
Can I select this option or should I not at all mentioned about ECA ? altough I have same ECA both for Master's & Bachelor's where Bachelor's is recognized correctly.
please re check with someone. IF they have mentioned as you said, I think Masters can be considered or else they would say Bachelors equal to 4 yrs of canadian education mention masters only at the bottom. Please confirm this with any professional adviser

Hello, I am in the same situation right now. Can you please help me if I should add non-recognized diploma in my application or not? If I don't add I won't qualify score-wise.
