Dear Friends/ Visa Expers

Please advice me as per below details. am i able to get Quebec selection certificate.

Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (3 years), Master of International Business (1.5 Years), Master of commerce- Applied Finance(1.5 years).
Age: 26 years:
Experience: Marketing Manager- International, Area Manager- sales
IELTS Academic: 6.5 in Listening, 7.0 in reading, 6.0 in writing and 6.0 in speaking
French: DELF A1


Spouse details:
Education: Bachelor of computer application (3 years)
Age:22 years
Experience: Computer support advisor
IELTS: Have to appear
FRENCH: DELF A1 level

Also there are few queries
1) Am i able to get 12 points in area of training
2) If not then how could i get required points as per above information.
3) If my would be main application then can she get 12 points in area of training?
