Wow, that is a long time ago. Did you receive your passport back? It should have taken 10 days only.

After that I check my application in the tracking number give me your application Under process in the vfs.. And the last update in 17 August I check in the tracking number on vfs Show me... Your application, tracking ID. ####### has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 2020

My application was the same. I submitted on paper - 2020/01/03.
But here in Brazil, one day after everything closed, we had the passport returned home. But the application is still under process. I have this exactly message from VFS.

it could mean passport stamping. I got that same message when VFS forwarded my passport to the Embassy
