I applied as separated. there is nothing in my country as legal separation. Here we are either married or divorced. So I send my documents and explained it in explanation letter that my husband and I are separated and I'm getting a divorce and the process may take up to 6 months here. This was the only thing that I could do until I get my divorce papers.
I've submitted my documents a month ago and if there is any updates regarding my marital status I will let u know.
