I met a lady from the Philippines working in Hong Kong on a dating site a year ago . She is now working here in Canada and we have been dating since her arrival
I would now like to marry her as we can prove we had contact, chatted and exchanged emails for months prior to her arrival in Canada.
Just want to know if I can without her leaving Canada, to get married and reapplying to come here as my legal wife .
If we can infact marry here can she apply for permanent residency ?
