I got to Canada on January 7th 2017 and my husband in August 2017. I have a study visa and he has a worker's visa, they expire at the end of April 2019. Now, my question is how to proceed to apply for PR.
I was going to apply for a work visa after I graduate but according to my mom who has been a Canadian PR herself for about 15 years now I would be able to apply much easier with some family immigration application. Her husband is Canadian and I have two minor Canadian brothers as well.
Some more background info: I'm from Belgium, my husband from Lebanon. I was in Canada in 2007 till 2010 and graduated high school in Kelowna. They were working on my PR before, but I left the country before it finished. I'm studying business at UVIC and I'm an office/HR manager at a restaurant, my husband is a warehouse worker.

You don't qualify to be sponsored for PR through any Family Class immigration stream.
If you and your husband want to become PRs, you'll need to apply through one of the economic immigration streams like Express Entry, Canadian Experience Class, etc.
