Good afternoon!
I have a question for a friend.
She’s Canadian citizen born in Pakistan. She recently got married to a US citizen born in Pakistan and living in Pakistan for the last 3 years, he was living in the US before.
He’s now here on a tourist visa.
What should they do? Present a petition for family class sponsorship from here? Should he go back to the US or Pakistan? Is it faster if he’s there or is there a way they can present their petition with him staying here?
I sponsored my hubby 2 years ago things have changed and I’m not familiar with particularities for other country/VO.
