married brother over 18 years of age sponsorship

Hello,

I am a permanent resident of Quebec and currently, I do not work and study in a College.
Can I sponsor my brother as a visitor? He has 29 years old and has a wife without children and works in a private company for 4 years.

How can I sponsor him?

also I have another question ... Can I sponsor both of my family member , my brother with my mother at the same time?

Please help me?

You brother can certainly apply to visit Canada at the same time as your mother. You won't really be "sponsoring" your brother for the visitor visa (he will apply on his own). However you can certainly give him an invitation letter to include as part of his application.
