Does your spouse qualify for SOWP? What type of degree are you doing and when did you start studying? Why are you applying for asylum you have other ways to try and get status in Canada that doesn’t have significant longterm consequences for you and your family members? Was your spouse declared on your study permit application and when did you start studying?
