Hi everybody!
I will apply for EE in July 2016 and put as married on the application of EE. However, I'm not married to my current girlfriend - no wedding registry and no document yet - only I will be indicating as married to the EE.
When I receive the ITA, the next day will really marry and have the document as married. The dates will be different.
Will I have problems with CIC for the wedding to be made after the married indication on the EE website? Or have married document only after receiving the ITA?
Help me !! PLEASE !! ???
Thank you Asivad for the clarification!!!
Even If my CRS will not change - 456 to low, must I indicate to EE how my status is common law?

If you're in a common-law relationship, you're bound by law to declare that in your application or risk misrepresentation.

Alan - you are not being truthful to CIC when you are applying. As suggested by @Asivad please create your profile as single and apply. Once you are married, its a change in your situation which you can inform CIC by raising a Client Specific Enquiry (CSE).
Hi,
I recently got married on my visit back home, my PR case is still in progress (~8 months since AOR). My spouse is a Canadian permanent Resident but she is currently residing outside of Canada. What documents do I need to submit to CIC.
It might take a few days to get the marriage certificate from my country of origin where the marriage took place.
Thanks
