1. I got married in 2014 September. We are separated from Jan 7, 2016. Legal proceedings started in March, 2016. We are not divorced yet. I have chosen the option "Legally Separated" as marital status. Is that ok?
I am not sure if I'll get the divorce before I submit the application. So when I am asked for proof, would it be sufficient if I showed all the legal documents related to separation that I have got with me as of now?
2. Below marital status, there is another question - Has "XYZ" been previously married or in a common-law relationship ?
It is confusing. Is it referring to a marriage before the current marriage?
What should I reply for this?.
3. During the period that I was married i.e. in 2015 I moved to another city and lived there for a year. I have nothing to show as proof for that address except for the email of a booking-order of a furniture from a furniture website.
What should I do?
