Hello,

I am currently in India and planning to marry my GF in Darjeeling. I am running into some problems here with the marriage certificate. The registrar says I need an apostille and I have told him that Canada does not issue Apostille but authentication of ID. Do you guys know what I can do? Can I register my marriage in any other city? My GF is a resident of Darjeeling and I am a citizen of Canada. Please advise.
