Hi !
I want to apply for multiple entry visa for my parents. They want to visit my sister in Canada who is already permanent resident. My parents do not have their marriage certificate. So, can they make marriage affidavit ? And can you please provide me the format for affidavit?
Please let me know.
Regards,
Smita Singh
They can't apply for a multiple entry visa. They apply for the visa and IRCC decides if they get a single entry or multiple entry.
But they do not have marriage certificate.. so marriage affidavite is acceptable ?

No marriage certificate required. Just make sure both passports have their spouse names. That's it.
Hi,
You'll need to send a CSE to the relevant visa office and request for an expedited decision
Cheers

Would depend on how advanced the kidney disease is and what are your chances of needing dialysis or a transplant in 5-10 years.
