I am in process of collecting my documents and inshAllah will apply by mid july. I want to know, Do I need to get Nadra Marriage Certificate and Divorce Certificate for ex-wife? Currently, I have got normal Nikahnama which is in urdu.

You need to get whatever constitutes legal proof of your marriage and divorce in your country.
If it's not in English or French, you need to have it translated, a certified copy made, and an affidavit made by the translator.

Both of these will cost you Rs.600/- in fee and plus Rs.500/- Nazrana

NO , as NADRA Nikkah Nama and Divorce Certificates are issued on basis of manual documents.
It is responsibility of NADRA to verify these , and these could easily be verified by any diplomatic body from NADRA portal assignmed to them , for these purposes
