Ok.
I have applied for PR on my own. I mean i m still unmarried. My question is can there be any problem if i get married after i get my visa and before landing in canada?
In plain words... it's both a "Problem" & "Not". Though it'll definitely "delay" your move plan.
1. U must inform CHC about your marriage, if it's before landing.
2. Else, u'll not be able to sponsor your wife. 'Coz your status had changed before moving to Canada & that's irregular.
3. The PPR letter + the Visa Instructions letter will [time-n-again] intimate u that.
4. If u don't and land... it'll be considered as 'misrepresentation' & u can be deported from Canada.
-So, that's a Danger... a problem.
Now what u should do:
1. Asap after marriage, write to CHC about it.
2. Fill-up the family forms
3. Pay her 'processing fees' [if u want to take her].
4. CHC'll take time, assess the case & send u her meds.
5. After her meds, u'll have to send your pp back alongwith her's.
6. U both will be issued with a 'new' set of visa.
-This set with adhere to your new status on the CIC system. And u r good to go...
BTW: Not a wise idea to marry after getting the visa & before flying for the 'record of landing'. The wise thing to do is to marry after u land. Giving some time to settle down in Canada. Then u can simply sponsor her as your spouse.
