My study visa got approved recently and passport got stamped for the May intake. Since its a 2 year program and I am already 32 years old, I am planning to get arranged married around 2 or 3 weeks before landing in Canada. Will there be any issue when I reach canada in that case since I got the study visa while I am single. Also please tell me what steps should I do to avoid any issues...?

You should send a webform indicating that you are now married just to be 100% upfront but other than that you should be fine. You should be aware that there are no guarantees that your wife will be able to join you in Canada when you study. In cases where students get married soon after getting approved for a permit there are concerns about immigration fraud and spouses are often denied OWPs until they have longer proof they are in a genuine relationship.

So there won't be any further issues when I reach Canada, right? It says in my Letter of Introduction that "The final decision to issue you a study permit and allow you to enter Canada is made after an examination by an officer in Canada. At that time, an officer will assess if you still meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, its Regulations and any other Canadian legislation". My actual question is that there is a chance for the officer in canada to reject me after I lanfd in Canada.
Also can the wife apply for study permei and came with later instead of work permit? Thanks...
