Can someone (never been married) having PR status, finished with landing formalities, invite his/her boyfriend/girlfriend to Canada on a visit visa..... get married.... and file PR application for the spouse without leaving Canada?
Does the nationality of the spouse affects the decision in any way? (Delays, Rejection, ... etc)

Yes - it's possible for a girlfriend/boyfriend to come to Canada on a visit visa, get married in Canada and then apply for PR without leaving Canada (you would apply for PR using the spousal sponsorship "inland" route).
If spousal sponsorship through "inland" route takes more time than the validity of boyfriend/girlfriend's visit visa, can he/she extend the visit visa to stay in Canada until the PR status is given?
