so i have been waiting since march, received aip in august despite submitting a complete application including my passport. my university (UOFWINNIPEG) mailed me that it's going to be on the covid-19 ready DLI list. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEA WHEN MY PASSPORT WILL BE RETURNED TO ME?

We’d like to update you on what the latest announcement from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) means for you.

The University of Winnipeg has an approved COVID-19 readiness plan allowing our students to make travel plans to come to Canada if they have a confirmed seat in their program. This is effective October 20, 2020.

Once you have confirmed your seat by both submitting your stage 2/final study permit approval and ensuring you have made the required tuition payments, you will be able to begin making plans to come to Canada "
