***March 2021 Outland Spouse Sponsorship***

Didn't see a post for spousal sponsorship (outland - family class) applications submitted in March, 2021. Hence, creating this. My wife's spousal application was received on March 15, 2021 at Sydney, Nova Scotia office. Still, waiting for an AOR.

april 7 : sponsorship approval
april 6: biometrics requested
i hve just sent payment for biometrics may3

I’m posting my case in the hopes of finding someone with similar circumstances. My outland spousal application was received march 4th 2021. Its been over two months now but still no AOR. Ive called ITCC in hope of getting temp file number but no luck there either. The only confirmation I have is from the courier tracking that it was received.
There are other people I know through this forum and whatsapp groups who applied later than me in end of march and have already gotten their AORs and in some cases SA. My question is why do some applications get processed out of order? Are they randomly picked? Is there anyone else with this similar timeline? If yes then please reach out so we can sync. Thanks in advance!

Application delivered on March 11th.

Still no A.O.R.

Could any one of you tell me where to expect the AOR? Is that an email? to sponsor's email or applicant?
What is the subject line usually?
