I couldn't find a thread for March 2015 Outland applications, so starting this one. Our package got delivered to CPC-Mississauga today. Waiting game begins now.

Need some suggestion...My husband is permanent resident of Canada and i am an Indian, We got married on 11th Feb, 2015 and it was Court marriage under Special Marriage Act 1954. We don't have any traditional wedding. After 11th Feb, for both families we organised a small get together on 13th Feb where around 120 guests were there. My husband and i having relation from last 10 yrs. My husband already left for Canada on 27th Feb and now we want file our case. Kindly suggest what all documents are required to file ma case and what is the processing time for the same.

i have sent an original Notice of assessement instead of option c printout of NoA.
