Hi I intend to apply through Manitoba general stream as my cousin lives there . Now my question is that can I apply without any work experience as I do have the minimum 55 points required to apply?
Secondly, its been just few months since my relative have been living there , can he still apply for me as he have a full time job there (in the application guide they have written he can but in MAS oath , its written "I have stayed in manitoba for minimum 1 year")
Thirdly, how much time does it take to process the application?
I have read in the internet that it takes 3-12 months for pnp and 6-8 months in federal immigration , So if my cousin applies now for me, can he move to Alberta in september as he wants to go to school there?
