Hello

I have active Express Entry file with CRS Score 350 , all criteria of Manitoba express entry aligned program are applied on me except connection to Manitoba. I don't have any close friends there

could you please advice how I can get invitation to apply from them as a second option to have a friend there ?
I heard that exploratory visit was a way to do that but now it is closed. so please experts in Manitoba program help me to understand how to get an invitation to apply ?
