Manitoba EOI Risk Factor for Internship in another province

Hi, Does 6 months of co-op internship in another province 9years ago fall into the risk factors of Manitoba EOI for skilled workers?
#Study in another province: -100
#Work experience in another province: -100

My understanding is that CIC doesn't count internship as working experience. Also it was not a University or College course, but just an english course. I'm not sure if the points to be deducted in this case. Appreciate any help.
