Manila Visa Office Updated information Sept

I'm hoping somebody might know the best action to take. Quick background. Our application was submitted in Canada in June. I was approved for SA in August. My wife application was sent to the Manila office a couple days after and status went in processing for her about 1 week after. Now the issue I have is we received an email on Sept 1st saying we needed to provide an NBI even though we supplied a police clearance and there was a GAP missing from her personal history which was where she stopped working because she gave birth to our son. Either way we updated the GAP got the NBI and sent it on Sept 3rd. We had tacking on the package so we know it arrived to the RCBC Plaza Visa Section but we have not received an update to say if whoever is working the application received it and if they did have they started working the application again. Is there a number that can be called which somebody can answer if the information was really received and application started again?
