Maldives on RTD with Etihad

Hi,

I went to Etihad counter in Pearson Airport and inquired about visiting Maldives on RTD, they confirmed me i can travel to Maldives with RTD and no need prior visa and confitmed no need transit visa for 24 hours in Abu Dhabi airport. For Imuga they asked to put the Nationality we born.

i visited Maldives with my RTD no PR on Etihad airways with a transit of 12 hours in Abu Dhabi. No issues in Canada or Abu Dhabi airports. In Maldives immigration they asked me few questions about my travel and then checked my return ticket, hotel booking , Maldives arrival form. Issued me 30 days visa.

In my return to canada experience -
Maldives checking counter didnt ask anything and immigration asked my origin only. In Abu Dhabi, they asked ID , i said I dont have PR and thats it. Boarded the flight. In Canada as usual secondary inspection and quick clearance.
