I know this keeps coming up, but I am so scared of falling out of legal status, so I am looking for reassurance:
If one is here on Visitor Status, is it enough to apply for OWP - while waiting for Inland Spousal Sponsorship - to get Maintained Status?
If so, would there be any advantages in also applying for a Visitor Record?
