main applicant: landing to canada from country of origin with dependent children but spouse in CA

1. we have received COPR and immigrant visa
2. Main applicant and dependent spouse both in Canada
3. Main applicant will go back to country of origin to get dependent child (but spouse will stay in canada)
4. Will i be allowed to get my kids even my spouse is in canada

Sure as long as you remember that you as the primary applicant must land before your spouse which seems you plan to do when you return with your child. Your spouse after you have returned will need to either make an appointment at an IRCC office or flagpole at a US border.

Note the following about children travelling with only one parent, it is advisable to carry a letter from the other parent providing authorisation. This is due to the unfortunate world we live in now where child trafficking occurs.
