Main Applicant died ...Request for Urgent Help Please

My friend died because of heart attack just 2 days before he could submit his passport for visa endorsment ,he received Passport request letter for him and his wife and childern.
But he could not make it ......
Now what his wife should do !! as main applicant died ??


Any help, assistane will be much appreciated

What category? If it was skilled worker, the application is over. If the family was being sponsored by son/daughter in Canada, the spouse and child can still emigrate.\
