Just curious if you happen to get the sealed transcripts and mail them yourself, what service have you used?
USPS Priority Flat Rate envelope? did you club the photocopy of the degree and then add in the Sealed Transcript envelope in the same package?

WES states to send a copy of the final degree + sealed transcripts in university stamped / officiated by office of registrar envelope.
