Mailing PR Card to Business Address??

hi guys,

I'm planning to do a soft landing soon, I got a friend there who gave me his company address to receive my PR card cause he said it's more reliable than his residential address. I wonder if that would cause any issue or not?

Besides, I heard Pearson airport immigration department no longer asks if you are doing a soft landing or permanent landing now, they will issue your PR card application either way? Anyone could verify this? thanks!
