Quick question please, I am trying to add dependents to my PR application (outside Canada applicant) I have raise several webforms and still no changes has been made except acknowledgment from IRCC that my processing office would need to effect that change (Sydney CPC). Will it be a good move to mail them the forms and evidence since they are still yet to add them? Really running out of patience. Thank You

It wouldn't hurt if you mail them. You don't need to send all the documents. In my case, I sent them my marriage certificate only and they respond same day. Please note that I added mine after PPR and responded to the PPR email. So response was quicker. I also sent an Webform and they took a week to respond.
