can anyone tell me where I send my application? I sent it to CPC MISSISSAUGA, and it was returned...

Its for spouse sponsorship (inland)

If you did a paper application and it's after September 23, 2022 maybe that was the reason why it was returned? After September 23, 2022 applications should have been sent through the online portal: https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login... If not then, you should receive and email as to why they returned it (missing signature, payments etc.,)
