At port of entry is it mandatory to disclose mailing address until we find one. What if we don't have an address yet. Can the address be a hotel or some temporary accommodation?

It is supposed to be a residential address which can be used to send the PR card to some months in the future.
If you don't have a valid address, you can update your case with one later. Do you have any friends or family members who are resident in Canada that would be able to accept the mail on your behalf?

That's fine, as long as you are not an OINP applicant or you explain to the CBSA officer if they query the address. Even if you are an OINP applicant, you can simply state that you don't know where in Ontario you will be living yet.
