Hello all. Is it alright if we scan our bills and then print them off. For example at the top of the page it will say January 2015 and then half of the page is my bill with our address(my name), and the bottom half is her bill(her name and our address). Some months we have stuff in both our names but most months we just have mail at the address but separately I dont want to send in the originals bills in case we need them. Will they accept this proof or do you think they want to see the whole bill. Thank you all.

We sent photocopies of our bills and they accepted it. Also, only one of the 'same type' of bills had the whole thing printed. The others were just parts where it showed her name, etc.

Examples:

- Fido phone bill. First copy is full. Other copies, partial.
- Shaw phone bill. First copy is full. Other copies, partial.
- Paypal transfers. First copy is full. Other copies, partial.

Don't send originals of anything unless they specifically ask for it. Partial bills are ok, as long as the relevant info is showing.
